Definition

Nausea is the most common GLP-1 side effect, peaking 24–72 hours after a dose and usually easing within two to four weeks at each dose level.

Smaller, cooler, lower-fat meals, slow eating, ginger or peppermint, and liquid protein in the peak window handle most cases without medication.
