Last updated: January 1, 2026 · Effective: January 1, 2026
Elevate GLP, LLC ("Elevate GLP," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.elevateglp.com (the "Site"), purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account & order data: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number, and order history.
- Payment information: processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send to customer support, reviews, survey responses, and marketing preferences.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time on site.
- Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 6.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers such as analytics vendors, advertising partners, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention services, and social platforms when you interact with our content.
Sensitive information: We do not request medical records or diagnoses. Please do not submit health information beyond what is necessary to answer a customer-service question. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process and fulfill orders, returns, and refunds.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- Send marketing emails or SMS where you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Personalize content, recommendations, and advertising on and off the Site.
- Measure performance, conduct analytics, and improve the Services.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK / Swiss Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our products and preventing fraud), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
- Service providers: payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting (e.g., Shopify, Cloudflare), email/SMS platforms, analytics, and customer-support tools, each bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
- Advertising partners: we may share limited identifiers (e.g., hashed email, device IDs) with advertising networks to deliver and measure ads. You can opt out — see Section 7.
- Legal & safety: to comply with law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for targeted advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws — see Section 7.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting requirements, typically 7 years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or de-identified.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and serve relevant advertising. Non-essential cookies are denied by default and load only after you consent through our cookie banner; you can change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. Full details, including each cookie category and retention period, are in our Cookie Policy.
6a. Marketing Emails & Text Messages
Email (CAN-SPAM). We send marketing email only to addresses submitted through our signup forms. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Every marketing email identifies Elevate GLP, LLC, includes our valid postal or electronic contact address, uses accurate subject lines and headers, and contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We process opt-outs within 10 business days and do not sell or transfer email addresses to unrelated senders. You may also unsubscribe by emailing info@elevateglp.com. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices, and subscription renewal reminders) are not marketing and continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
Text messages and phone (TCPA). We do not currently operate an SMS marketing program and our forms do not require a phone number. If we introduce SMS in the future, we will obtain your prior express written consent through a separate, unchecked opt-in that discloses that consent is not a condition of purchase, along with message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and the STOP to cancel and HELP for help instructions. Any phone number you provide with an order is used for delivery and customer-service purposes only, not for autodialed marketing calls or texts, unless you separately opt in.
