1. Where we use AI

• Supplement quiz: our AI supplement quiz takes your multiple-choice answers and generates a plain-language explanation alongside product suggestions from our own catalog.
• Content assistance: some educational drafts are assisted by AI tools and then reviewed and edited by our team before publication.

Every AI-assisted surface is labeled in the interface. We do not operate a medical chatbot, symptom checker, or triage tool.

2. AI output is not medical advice

AI-generated output is a general wellness suggestion, not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or dosing recommendation. It does not account for your labs, medical history, allergies, pregnancy status, or prescription medications. Always confirm with your clinician or pharmacist. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Accuracy limits

Large language models can be confidently wrong, can produce inconsistent results for the same inputs, and may reflect information that is out of date. Product recommendations are constrained to our own catalog and are not a comparative judgment about other brands. Do not treat AI output as a factual claim about any product's effects.

4. Automated decision-making

We do not use AI to make legally or medically significant decisions about you. Quiz output does not affect pricing, eligibility to purchase, insurance, employment, or credit. No profiling with legal effect within the meaning of GDPR Article 22 takes place.

5. Data we process

• We send only your multiple-choice quiz answers and our product catalog to the model provider. We do not send your name, email, address, or order history.
• Please do not type medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive details into any free-text field.
• Requests are rate-limited and validated server-side, and inputs are length-constrained. Model providers process the request as our service provider and are not permitted to use your inputs to train their models under our configuration.
• Handling of any personal information involved is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Human oversight and your choices

Using the AI quiz is entirely optional — you can browse and buy every product without it. Our team reviews the recommendation logic and published content. If you believe an AI response was inaccurate or inappropriate, tell us at info@elevateglp.com and we will review it.

7. Intellectual property

AI-assisted output on this Site is provided for your personal use. Do not use our AI features to generate content for competing products or to train other models — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
