DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Effective: August 1, 2026

Elevate GLP respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our Site to do the same.

1. Our content

Except where otherwise noted, all text, guides, articles, photography, illustrations, logos, product names, and page design on elevateglp.com are owned by Elevate GLP, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute them commercially without written permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link back are welcome.

2. Reporting alleged infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@elevateglp.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the full URL) for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Elevate GLP, LLC — info@elevateglp.com.

3. What we do next

We will review complete notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found) and to accept service of process from the complaining party.

5. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights, as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Trademarks

"Elevate GLP" and our logo are trademarks of Elevate GLP, LLC. Third-party marks referenced on the Site — including Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound® — belong to their respective owners and are used only descriptively. We are not affiliated with those manufacturers; see our Disclaimer.
