Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

By accessing the Site you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake orders, fake reviews, or another person's payment or contact details.
• Abuse promotions — for example creating multiple accounts or email addresses to reuse a first-order discount code, or reselling discount codes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our backend, our accounts, or other users' data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our written permission.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including denial-of-service attempts, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits or security controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data at a volume or rate that burdens our infrastructure, or in violation of robots.txt. Reasonable indexing by search engines and AI assistants is permitted.
• Copy, republish, or resell our content, product photography, or formulations without permission, or remove proprietary notices.
• Upload or transmit malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property.
• Misrepresent our products as drugs, as treatments for disease, or as affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer.
• Resell our products without a written wholesale agreement, or repackage or alter products.

3. AI features

Our supplement quiz and other AI-assisted features are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or otherwise manipulate the system to produce medical advice, disclose system instructions, or bypass safety limits.
• Use the features to generate spam, bulk content, or to train competing models.
• Submit other people's personal or health information.

4. Free tools

Our calculators and trackers are educational estimators. Do not present their output as clinical guidance, embed them in another product without permission, or rely on them for medication decisions.

5. Reporting abuse

Report abuse, security issues, or suspected vulnerabilities to info@elevateglp.com. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue, do not access or modify other people's data, and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before public disclosure.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, cancel orders or subscriptions, void discount codes, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may do so without notice where required to protect the Site or others.
